This is a tool for use with the game Chuubo's Marvelous Wish-Granting Engine by Jenna Moran.
Click each + and - to alter the parameters of an Intention.
This level of effort and willpower is not safe.
PCs may take a Deadly Wound. NPCs may die outright.
A +2 Tool is special and incredibly powerful.
+3 and +4 Tools are rare, and +5 Tools basically unheard of.
Superior Skills grant Edge in a competition up to a maximum of the Skill's level. In some circumstances, particularly if the Skill's true specialty is not as relevant, the Edge may be less, or none.
Edge and Obstacle do not stack. Only the largest penalty applies.
It is unusual (although not impossible) for both sides in a conflict to have Edge, since Edge represents a circumstantial advantage favoring one party over another.
